Well, I've been trying to schedule an appointment with my doctors for a month and a half now. It keeps being said 'they're not on the schedule' (They're professors at a local university as well, they do work at the clinic as charity or something). Well, they're still not on the schedule, not even for this month...even though it's this month now. I'm out of ALL of my prescriptions, I've repeated asked them to renew, they haven't. I really don't know what to do at this point, I haven't found a replacement doctor yet.

Are there any free clinics near you?

Are there any GLBT hotlines or helplines you can go to for assistance that you can lookup via Google or 4-1-1?

Call your pharmacy's automated refill number, or their online equivalent, and request refills electronically. The pharmacy system should immediately trigger a request to the prescribing facility to establish a renewal, and generally speaking, anyone "on duty" at the time the renewal is requested by the Pharmacist will be able to acknowledge it.

Remember, they have to get authorization from my doctor, whom we cannot find. Not even the clinic!
